Ethics
Our organization requires all employees to adopt ethical and moral principles and values in the performance of their work and in their dealings with the company.
For this reason, since 2015 we have had a Code of Ethics that enshrines principles and rules of conduct to govern relations with employees, customers and suppliers. As one of the first companies in the industry to achieve this recognition, in 2016 we also certified our Social Responsibility management system according to the SA 8000 standard.
Also in 2016, we equipped ourselves with an Organization, Management and Control Model developed pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, a corporate governance tool aimed at disseminating shared rules and precepts among company personnel and in all parties acting on behalf of the cooperative, to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of company business.
As part of our social responsibility actions, we are committed to supporting:
Local communities
Cultural sports activities
Voluntary associations
Schools and training institutions
Job placement initiatives and projects
In collaboration with social cooperatives
Through our partner trading companies, we have long adhered to projects aimed at promoting a healthy eating style based on daily consumption of fruits and vegetables, targeting young people and adults.
Since 2024 we have also decided to join the Libellula Foundation Network, the network of companies committed to preventing and combating gender-based violence through an inclusive culture.
