Agrintesa 2025 wineries: in the heart of the grape harvest

Fossa uva- cantina Agrintesa

In Agrintesa we have entered the peak harvest period, which will continue for the next ten days: this is a crucial phase for our wine division, which is managing with commitment and concentration all the organizational, technical and logistical aspects related to this strategic activity for the cooperative.

Between 105,000 and 110,000 quintals of grapes are conferred and processed daily, a figure that confirms Agrintesa as one of the leading operators nationwide. The grapes conferred are in excellent sanitary condition, with good sugar content and correct acidity: elements that are the basis for obtaining quality wines. All musts undergo temperature-controlled fermentation at 17°C to ensure the highest quality of the finished product. The activity is coordinated through 11 operational centers, with the involvement of more than 300 highly specialized and highly committed employees at every stage of the process. Sixty-three crushing lines are currently operational , and 32 tankers are used daily in logistics management.

The combination of raw material quality, expertise and organizational efficiency in the management of the winemaking process, and technologies and equipment among the best on the market allows us to face this important moment with confidence, laying the foundations to effectively meet the needs of our primary national and international clientele.
