Governance

Our members are represented in the territories in which they operate by delegates who act as a trait d’union between the members and the cooperative’s governance boards. All the delegates make up the Advisory Committee, which has the task of examining general issues pertaining to the management of the cooperative and remains in charges for 3 years.

The Administrative Body consists of 31 members plus 3 members of the Board of Statutory Auditors and holds office for 3 fiscal years.

The Governing Body is supported by 2 Executive Committees: a Fruit and Vegetable Committee and a Wine Committee called upon to investigate specific issues and deliberate on particular matters relating to their respective sectors.

The General Management of the Cooperative is assisted by a Management Committee.

TheSupervisory Board oversees compliance with the provisions of the Organizational Model adopted by the cooperative.
