The cooperative, which was selected at the end of more than 45,000 evaluations among all participating companies, is ranked 57th among the most impactful companies for the development of the country’s economic tissue: an important recognition by Corriere della Sera and Statista certifies Agrintesa’s innovative excellence

(Faenza, Feb. 25, 2025) – Agrintesa has been officially recognized among the most innovative Italian companies, earning the prestigious seal of “Innovation Leader 2025.” The ranking, compil ed by Corriere della Sera and elaborated by research firm Statista GmbH, selected the entrepreneurial realities that are shaping the future of the national economic tissue thanks to their ability to introduce product, process and corporate culture innovations.

Agrintesa ranked 57th among the 130 Italian companies honored, with an overall score of 72.78, which emerged from more than 45,000 evaluations carried out on more than 5,000 surveys and interviews conducted with experts in the field of innovation and employees of the companies analyzed. “Being included among the ‘Innovation Leaders 2025’ is an achievement that confirms the goodness of the path of growth and transformation that Agrintesa has undertaken in recent years,” comments President Aristide Castellari. This recognition rewards our look toward the future on all fronts: from the field, where we commit ourselves daily in terms of varietal and agronomic innovation by accompanying our members on a path of renewal in line with market needs and in response to the effects of climate change; to the warehouses and cellars, where we are at the forefront of the introduction of cutting-edge technological solutions and the development of advanced and more efficient processes; to our offices, where the innovative choices we have put in place have allowed us to increase productivity and responsiveness while creating an innovative and dynamic work environment.”

The evaluation of companies was based on objective criteria, considering four key areas of innovation:

  • Overall innovativeness, which measures the company’s overall ability to innovate;
  • Product innovation, or the development and continuous improvement of products and services;
  • Process innovation, which includes the adoption of new technologies and production methodologies;
  • Culture of innovation, which rewards companies that can foster creativity, growth and professional development.

“In Agrintesa, innovation is not only about technological and digital progress, but also about the ability to adopt advanced production processes and modern management strategies, and that of imagining and developing products, in our case new varieties that are more resistant and better suited to consumer expectations but also capable of guaranteeing better profitability for our members,” stresses general manager Cristian Moretti . “This award is a further incentive to continue on this path, always offering the greatest value to our members, employees and partners. We are proud to share this recognition with those who walk with us every day and it confirms our vision: bigger together.”
