Agrintesa: beginning of grapes harvest 2025.

Uva bianca in pianta

In the second half of August the harvest of early grapes began, which will continue throughout September with the harvest of traditional varieties typical of our area.

For this year, in Agrintesa we estimate a conferral of more than 1,700,000 quintals of grapes, a figure that is on the rise compared to previous years and close to ordinary levels, a result that consolidates our position as a national leader in terms of volume of grapes conferred and vinified, and consequently in the quantity of wine produced.

Our grapes come from areas with a high vocation for viticulture: there are 2,000 wine-growing members who, with passion and expertise, cultivate 7,300 hectares of vineyards in the provinces of Ravenna, Bologna, Forlì-Cesena and Rimini.

Currently, more than 70 percent of the grapes are mechanically harvested and delivered daily to our 11 pick-up centers for immediate processing in Agrintesa’s 6 wineries, all of which are active and fully operational.

Our facilities are distinguished by a high degree of specialization, the result of targeted investments in technology and innovation, which enable us to guarantee consistently high quality standards in production and to respond effectively to the needs of an established and consolidated international clientele.

A team of more than 300 highly qualified professionals is engaged to produce Agrintesa 2025 wines.

Each harvest has its uniqueness: for us, it always represents a strategic and identifying moment that enhances the work of our entire supply chain.
