wine sector
The processing of our members’ grapes for the production of volumes of wines among the highest in Europe is carried out in six dedicated plants.
During the harvest period, the winemaking wineries are assisted in the activity of collecting the grapes conferred by the members from five centers. To obtain quality wines from our grapes, we are equipped with the most modern processing technologies (soft presses, refrigeration systems, tangential filters), investing in the continuous modernization of the sites. 
The quality of our wines is guaranteed for 12 months and beyond thanks to the integral use of refrigerated tanks that allow us to maintain all the characteristics and typicality of the products.
