In the wine sector, we have always operated with the awareness that the enhancement of our territory passes through the exaltation of native grape varieties.
With passion and experience, we strive every day to enhance the grapes conferred by our members who cultivate their vineyards in the areas most suited for the production of quality grapes in the provinces of Ravenna, Bologna, Forlì-Cesena and Rimini.

For the management and production of our products, we have winemaking wineries and pickup and storage centers strategically located and linked together by an efficient logistics system.

Grapes processed in our wineries are transformed into wines sold both in bulk and bottled, the quality of which is recognized nationally and abroad.

A major part of our wines is conferred to the 2nd grade cooperative CAVIRO, over 800,000 hl annually are sold as bulk wines to Italian and foreign bottlers.

Our winery in Modigliana (FC), founded in 1979, is the fulcrum of the production of our high-end wines and it isequipped according to the most suitable standards for the vinification and aging of fine wines. Here the grapes of the “High Quality” project are processed, these wines are created to give visibility to Romagna production and enhance the hillside viticulture of the cooperative’s members. The hand-harvested grapes are processed following strict production rules to produce bottled wines that fully express the characteristics of our territory, appreciated by the operators of the HO.RE.CA channel and also sold in the network of our points of sale.

Once harvested and delivered to our centers, the grapes are controlled, vinified and stored through the most modern technologies: each year, major investments are made and the best available innovations are incorporated to make processes more efficient and qualify the final product.
In our cellars we have been using soft pressing for years, which allows us to obtain better quality musts. By employing state-of-the-art technologies (such as ultrasound and hot extractors), we perfect the wines obtained while preserving the characteristics of the grapes.
A team of competent and up-to-date oenologists operates state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, which allow constant control of the entire process and product differentiation according to customer needs.

Our wines, obtained from the processing of grapes from the Emilia-Romagna territory and named by territorial recognitions, are purchased and appreciated by important Italian and foreign customers. Our productions include still wines obtained from the typical varieties of our territory (Trebbiano, Sangiovese and Albana above all). In addition to native grape varieties, international varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot and Merlot) also play an important role and are well adapted to our production area, producing wines that are highly appreciated in European markets.

We are among the leaders in the market of base wines used in the preparation of sparkling and semi-sparkling wines.

The wines from our wineries are available to operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. channel in kegs; the use of this particular format allows those in the sector to maintain the quality and organoleptic properties of the wines intact over time. The types distributed in this format are: CDO Pignoletto Emilia- Romagna, PGI Chardonnay Rubicone, PGI Trebbiano Rubicone, PGI Sangiovese Rubicone, Merlot.
