Screening and pre-screening

Our goal is to get to know you and see if you are the right person for us; there are no right or wrong answers.
cognitive and in-depth interviews
Once you have passed the pre-selection phase, you may be contacted for an in-person interview with the Human Resources Department and/or department managers This is your chance to make a good impression. Remember to be prepared, ask all the questions that may be useful to you in order to get a complete picture of the opportunity and make accurate assessments.
feedback
Anyone who goes through a selection process in Agrintesa gets a response. Sometimes the timeframe for feedback to candidates can be a bit long: the right amount of time is needed to make accurate assessments during the selection process and arrive at correct decisions.
on-boarding
We know that a good start in a new experience can make all the difference in determining a long path of growth. In Agrintesa, we care about the first moments of new colleagues’ integration; therefore, in the first days of work, the HR Department takes care of welcoming the new colleague(s) by conveying all the information needed to take the first steps within the group and organizing shadowing for a smoother start to the work activity.
