Once you have passed the pre-selection phase, you may be contacted for an in-person interview with the Human Resources Department and/or department managers This is your chance to make a good impression. Anyone who goes through a selection process in Agrintesa gets a response. Sometimes the timeframe for feedback to candidates can be a bit long: the right amount of time is needed to make accurate assessments during the selection process and arrive at correct decisions.

We know that a good start in a new experience can make all the difference in determining a long path of growth. In Agrintesa, we care about the first moments of new colleagues’ integration; therefore, in the first days of work, the HR Department takes care of welcoming the new colleague(s) by conveying all the information needed to take the first steps within the group and organizing shadowing for a smoother start to the work activity.

After on-boarding, we lead each new colleague on the induction journey with constant monitoring: we collect feedback on an ongoing basis to foster effective integration, support skill acquisition, and, if necessary, adjust the induction plan in a timely manner, with the goal of creating a welcoming, productive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Federico Cavassi

Director of Operations and Raw Material Purchasing

My path in Agrintesa began in 2004, when, at only 19 years old, I started working during the summer seasons as a merchandise entry clerk at the Faenza plant. At the same time I embarked on a course of study in management engineering, which allowed me to grow in the company and take on new responsibilities, initially as a production assistant and then as a production manager, always within the Faenza plant. In January 2016, I joined the Operations Office team as a planning officer for all Agrintesa plants. As of 2021, I will hold the position of Director of Operations.
At Agrintesa, I had the opportunity to embark on a path of continuous professional growth, acquiring more and more skills and responsibilities in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Management Control

After obtaining my Master’s degree in Administration and Management Control, I joined the company in 2022 as a Junior Controller. From the very beginning, I appreciated the stimulating and collaborative working environment: thanks to the training courses offered by the company and the support of experienced colleagues, over time I have been able to expand my technical and interpersonal skills, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the sector and cooperative dynamics. Today, as a management control specialist, I am delighted to be able to put my knowledge at the company’s disposal and contribute to Agrintesa’s growth.

Sampling department manager

I joined the company in June 1989 as a sorter. Over the years, I have assisted the evolution of the cooperative, which changed from Paf to Intesa and then to Agrintesa. Over the course of time, I was able to specialize and hold the position of sample department manager. Within the department, there is an excellent connection between people and a strong sense of collaboration and mutual support.

Marco Zanelli

Sales Manager - Wine Business Unit

Oenologist by training, I have always believed in the value of supply chain work and the importance of combining technical expertise with commercial vision. For this reason, in July 2024, I joined Agrintesa as Sales Manager of the Wine Business Unit.
Agrintesa is Italy’s largest first-level cooperative winery and a reference point for national viticulture: working in this context is a fascinating and stimulating challenge for me.
Every day, I have the opportunity to interact with customers and stakeholders in the supply chain, bringing the value of the work of our 1,800 winegrower members to an increasingly global market.
It is a role that requires passion, responsibility and vision, and offers great personal and professional satisfaction.

Castelfranco Emilia store referent

I joined Agrintesa in July 2010: the shop had been open for a month and they were looking for someone to join the team.
I started working with two colleagues who had more experience than me, and I learned many things from them that are still useful to me today in doing my job to the best of my ability.
My role initially was as a simple sales assistant. Over the years, I have learned to manage every aspect of the shop: from ordering materials and fruit and vegetables to setting up the shop, from specific cleaning tasks to welcoming customers and dealing with the public.
Since 2020, following the retirement of some colleagues, the shop’s staff has changed: today I am the reference person for the Castelfranco Emilia store, which I manage in the best possible way, with passion, courtesy and dedication, together with my five colleagues.
