The grapes conferred are in excellent sanitary condition, with good sugar content and correct acidity: elements that are the basis for obtaining quality wines. All musts undergo <g id=\"gid_1\">temperature-controlled fermentation<\/g> at 17\u00b0C to ensure the highest quality of the finished product.
